Urgent requirement of a Female Front Office executive for our manufacturing unit in Ghaziabad. We are looking for someone who can take care of daily accounting needs and co-ordinate with the following KRAs

Responsibilities:

• answering the phone, taking messages and redirecting calls to respective offices
• organising and maintaining files and records and updating them when necessary
• creating and maintaining updated documents and spreadsheets
• overseeing the sorting and distribution of incoming mails
• preparing outgoing mail items such as envelopes or packages
• operating office equipment such as photocopier and printers

Key Responsibilities

• Delivery and Pickup: Transport documents, packages, and other items between the office, clients, and vendors efficiently and on time.
• On-Site Assistance: Support field operations by assisting with set-up, maintenance, and breakdown of equipment as required.
• Documentation: Ensure all delivery and pickup records are accurately maintained and submitted to the relevant department.
• Customer Interaction: Maintain professional and courteous behavior when interacting with clients and colleagues.
• Errands: Run various errands for the office, including purchasing supplies, delivering urgent documents, and other tasks as assigned.
